Henslin, 1967 73rd Street, regarding curb settlement on his <br />property. <br /> <br />A copy of this letter is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />A letter dated October <br />Consulting Engineering, <br />settlement was discussed. <br /> <br />27, 1993 from Gregory Stonehouse, MSA <br />regarding the 1967 73rd Street curb <br /> <br />A copy of this letter is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Buckbee to table the curb <br />settlement at 1967 73rd Street, to allow the City Council more <br />time to review the issue, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />7007 20th Avenue South - Storm DrainaQe CharQe <br />The City Council reviewed a complaint from Joyce Stevens, 7007 <br />20th Avenue South, regarding the storm water drainage charge. <br /> <br />A copy of this letter is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber noted earlier in <br />percentage of complaints regarding the <br />small. <br /> <br />the meetlng that the <br />storm drainage fee is <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Brenner to acknowledge receipt of <br />the complaint from 7007 20th Avenue South regarding the storm <br />water drainage fee, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment - MUSA Extension <br />John Stewart, City Engineer, was present. Mr. Stewart noted that <br />MUSA extensions are normally an effort completed by the City <br />Planner. Mr. Stewart noted that water and sewer extensions are <br />elements of the plan, depending on how much is required for a 10 <br />year expansion. Mr. Stewart noted the Comprehensive Plan may <br />take three months at the City level and ~p to ninety g~ys fQr th~ <br />Metropolitan Council to approve. Mr. Stewart noted realistically <br />the City is looking at six to nine month for the Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment for MUSA extension to be complete. <br />
