<br />Meeting Minutes - CC <br />CIP - Working Session <br />October 27, 1993 <br />page two <br /> <br />The costs for future maintenance (fifteen years from now) have <br />not been addressed. <br /> <br />CIP 7 Elevated Water Tower - Mr. Stewart suggested that the City <br />has several options regarding an elevated tower <br />system. He noted: Keep two towers, dispose of <br />the smaller tower, build a smaller tower and <br />interconnect with the Lino Lakes system. <br /> <br />Mr. Stewart advised that an appropriate schedule <br />for tower construction would be to pour the <br />footings before the ground freezes, put up the <br />steel in the winter and paint the tower in July or <br />August. He suggested that the City may want to <br />begin plans next year. <br /> <br />CIP 8 <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Oversizing - This relates to the City <br />portion of the oversizing of trunk sewer and <br />water. <br /> <br />CIP 9 1994 Flood Plain Reduction - The appropriate dollar amount <br />is probably $400,000. <br /> <br />CIP 10 <br /> <br />Peltier Lake Drive Culvert - Coincides with the Flood <br />Plain Reduction Project. <br /> <br />CIP 11 LaMotte Drive Storm Sewer - Mr. Stewart suggested that <br />the City Council review this item to determine <br />it~s priority. <br /> <br />CIP 12 <br /> <br />Shad Avenue Drainage <br />to be made as <br />for this item. <br /> <br />Improvements - A determination has <br />to whether the City is responsible <br /> <br />CIP 13 Crack Filling, Seal Coat, and Overlay This <br />ongoing street maintenance project. <br /> <br />is an <br /> <br />CIP 14 <br /> <br />21st Avenue This issue appears to be function of <br />annexation. If annexation does not occur it would <br />be reasonable to approach Lino Lakes for <br />participation with this improvement. <br /> <br />CIP 15 Mound Trail Reconstruction - This could be a liability <br />issue if not addressed. It would be possible to <br />improve the proposed improvement section of the <br />road to gravel. <br />
