Mr. <br />Stonehouse reviewed a letter dated October 7, 1993 regarding the <br />Acorn Creek Pay Estimate #1. <br /> <br />A copy of this letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Brenner that per the recommendtion of <br />the City Engineers, MSA, the City Council approves Acorn Creek <br />Pay Estimate Number One in the amount $86,089.20; retaining <br />$8,608.92 resulting in a disbursement of $77,480.28 to Rehbein <br />Inc., motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Draina~e Concern - 1988 Cardinal Drive <br />Kevin McGown, 1988 Cardinal Drive, was present. <br />expressed concerns regarding the drainage of the rear <br />his lot. <br /> <br />Mr. McGown <br />portion of <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Wilharber noted that this is not a scheduled Agenda <br />item. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller explained to Mr. McGown <br />the subcommittee will be meeting on October 26, 1993 to discuss <br />the drainage areas within the City of Centerville. Ms. Miltz- <br />Miller asked Mr. McGown to put his concerns in writing. Ms. <br />Miltz-Miller requested the concerns regarding the drainage be <br />delivered to the City Hall by Wednesday, October 20, 1993. The <br />concerns will then be discussed at the October 26, 1993 <br />subcommittee meeting and placed on the October 27, 1993 City <br />Council Agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. McGown expressed apprehension that his concerns regarding his <br />drainage dilemma are not being addressed by the City Council. <br />
