A copy of the comments are attached to and <br />made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Wilharber noted the City has granted requests in the <br />past for the installation of culverts, but not in major drainage <br />areas. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller noted the City Engineer <br />appeared to feel the entire ditch should be regraded and also <br />expressed concern about the depth of the culvert to prevent <br />freezing. <br /> <br />It appeared to be the consensus of the City Council that the <br />request to install a culvert at 7045 Centerville Road be added to <br />the items to be addressed by the drainage subcommittee. City <br />staff is requested to notify the resident that a decision will <br />not be made this fall, but it will be addressed by the drainage <br />subcommittee. <br /> <br />Rice Creek Watershed Advisory Committee. <br />The City Council reviewed a letter dated September 29, 1993 from <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District requesting participation on a <br />Technical Advisory committee. <br /> <br />A copy of this letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second <br />of City Administrative <br />representative on the Rice <br />Advisory Committee, motion <br /> <br />by Dario to recommend that a member <br />staff serve as Centerville's <br />Creek Watershed District's Technical <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Waste ManaQement in Blaine to service the Centennial School. <br />The City Council reviewed a letter dated September 20, 1993 from <br />Waste Management Company requesting special permission to service <br />the Centerville Elementary School. <br /> <br />A copy of this letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller explained to the City <br />Council that the City Attorney is reviewing Ordinance #1, the <br />Lake Sanitation contract and the Waste Management Company's <br />letter. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Helmbrecht to wait for a response <br />from the City Attorney before considering Waste Management <br />Company's request for special permission to service one school in <br />
