Ms. Helmbrecht noted <br />that the contractor will be out this week to apply stucco to the <br />building. Ms. Helmbrect expressed concern with building permits <br />not having a time limit. Ms. Helmbrecht noted the present time <br />limit can not be enforced unless the work is abandoned for six <br />months. <br /> <br />Motion by Helmbrecht, second by Wilharber to direct the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission to consider placing a one year time limit <br />on building permits; taking into consideration some commercial <br />properties may take longer; City staff is requested to <br />investigate examples from other cities, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br /> <br />Lisa Kieselhorst - <br />It was noted that <br />addressed under <br />Enforcement Policy. <br /> <br />Sumo Pumo Concern <br />Lisa Kieselhorst's sump pump concern has been <br />Old Business, Sump Pump Disconnection- <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />7045 Centerville Road - Reauest to Install Culvert. <br />The City Council reviewed a letter from William Gajeski, 7045 <br />Centerville Road, requesting to install a culvert within the City <br />street right-of-way. <br /> <br />A copy of this letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />The Centerville Public Works Department expressed concern that <br />the installation of the culvert may create drainage problems for <br />other properties. <br />
