<br />A' <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />ACORN CREEK <br />MONDAY, OCTOBER 4, 1993 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Centerville City <br />Council held a special meeting on Monday, October 4, 1994 at the <br />Centerville City Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss <br />the Acorn Creek development. Acting Mayor Wilharber called the <br />meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. Present: Dario, Brenner, <br />Helmbrecht. It is <br />expected that this will be completed tomorrow (Tuesday, October <br />5, 1993). <br /> <br />Mr. Stewart also commented that by redefining the "Park" as an <br />"Outlot", the City would have more flexibility with regard to the <br />use of the land. He noted that he was not advocating the change, <br />but merely appraising the Council of their options. <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein appeared confident that the final plat would be ready <br />to be recorded at Anoka County by Tuesday, October, 5, 1993. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario that: <br />- upon concurrence with the City Engineer that the Acorn <br />Creek development final plat dated October 4, 1993 is <br />consistent with the grading plan dated May 27, 1993, <br />the Clerk/Administrator shall sign the final plat; <br />- City staff shall have the authority to approve the final <br />plat should insignificant discrepancies transpire from <br />the final plat/grading plan comparison; <br />- a strict deadline of Friday, October 8, 1993 shall be set <br />for the Developer to show proof of receipt from Anoka <br />County that the final plat has been submitted for <br />recording; <br />- work on the Acorn Creek development will be discontinued <br />on October 9, 1993 if said receipt is not submitted to <br />the City by October 8, 1993; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Greg Stonehouse, City Engineer, updated the City Council with <br />regard to the need to close Mill Road for the extension of City <br />sewer and water. He further noted that it appears to be the <br />intention of the Developer/Contractor to have Old Mill Road <br />
