Council member Dario noted the complainant stated <br />the snow plow only came within six feet of the mail boxes. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller noted City staff received <br />a complaint regarding the snow removal of cul-de-sacs. Ms. <br />Miltz-Miller also noted the snow plowing of the City Hall/Fire <br />Station should be a priority. Ms. Miltz-Miller noted the fire <br />fighters had difficulty utilizing the fire station. <br /> <br />Council member <br />Department did <br />holiday. <br /> <br />Wilharber noted <br />a good job snow <br /> <br />he felt <br />plowing <br /> <br />the Public Works <br />on the Thanksgiving <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Comouter Uoqrades and Networkinq. <br />Council member Wilharber explained that he met with a computer <br />representative and the Clerk/Administrator to discuss upgrading <br />the current computers and the networking of the current <br />administrative computers. Council member Wilharber noted they <br />also discussed the option of networking the public works computer <br />with the administrative computers. <br /> <br />A copy of the quote for upgrading the current computers and <br />networking is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber noted that prices may become less <br />expensive in the future and the prices quoted have already <br />dropped a couple of hundred dollars. <br /> <br />Council member Helmbrecht ask what type of funding would be <br />available. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller noted some funding could <br />come from the sewer and water accounts and that this is not a <br />budgeted general fund expense for 1994. Ms. Miltz-Miller <br />suggested upgrading the oldest computer first. She noted this is <br />a need for the City, however, some items appear to be more longer <br />range goals. Ms. Miltz-Miller expressed the replacement of the <br />older computer, a printer and integration of the system is very <br />
