Broadcast of Citv Council meetinQs. <br />Motion by Buckbee to direct City staff to contact Dennis Zerwas <br />to ask for a completion date of January 6, 1994 so the City <br />Council meetings can be broadcast live on cable T.V.; <br />if the Mr. Zerwas is unable to complete the task by <br />January 6, 1994, the item is to be placed on the <br />January 12, 1994 City Council Agenda for consideration <br />of an outside contractor; <br />City staff is directed to contact Randy Hagerty, <br />Recycling Coordinator, to investigate whether SCORE <br />funding can be utilized to assist with the expense; <br />and to authorize City staff to contract services to <br />have the City Council meetings broadcasted live for a <br />cost not to exceed $100.00, <br />motion failed due to lack of second. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to request Council member <br />Wilharber to contact Dennis Zerwas regarding the work entailed to <br />
