,

Meeting Minutes
Truth and Taxation
December 2, 1993
page two

to request that the City Council separate the park maintenance
portion of the Park and Recreation budget. He suggested that the
park maintenance be shifted to the Public Works Department making
those who do the work accountable for the budget.

Mr. Reisdorfer noted that the Park and Recreation Committee does
not want to direct park maintenance, but would like the
opportunity to make some suggestions. He felt that it would be
important for the City to define maintenance.

He questioned what would happen if the park maintenance budget
were to be overbudget. Would the additional expense come out of
Park and Recreation or Public Works?

Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to adjourn, motion carried
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Tamara M. Miltz-Miller
Clerk/Administrator
