Council member Helmbrecht appeared to feel that <br />this is not convincing, since Mill Road travels presently through <br />a residential neighborhood. <br /> <br />Council member Brenner expressed concern regarding the safety of <br />the ditch on the vacated portion of Mill Road and questioned how <br />it will be finished off. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller noted a permanent guard <br />rail could be installed. Ms. Miltz-Miller also noted a 90 degree <br />turn sign could be installed on Mill Road south of the <br />intersection of Peltier Lake Drive. The 90 degree turn sign <br />would be the City's responsibility, however, the Developer may be <br />requested to be responsible for the guard rail and/or other <br />requirements for the vacated portion of Mill Road. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Helmbrecht that the Acorn Creek <br />Second Addition Developer's Agreement include that the costs <br />incurred for signage and barrier for the vacated portion of Mill <br />Road be borne by the Developer, as the Developer is the one who <br />benefits from the vacation, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Q~ <br />wO <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Helmbrecht to adopt a resolution <br />approving the vacation of a portion of Mill Road laying 800 feet <br />north of the intersection of Mill Road and Peltier Lake Drive, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />89 <br />90 <br />91 <br />92 <br />93 <br />94 <br />95 <br />96 <br />97 <br />98 <br />99 <br /> <br />A copy the resolution is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by <br />Mill Road laying north of the <br />Peltier Lake Drive to Old Mill <br />Creek Development, motion carried <br /> <br />Dario to rename <br />intersection of <br />Road to coincide <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />the portion of <br />Mill Road and <br />with the Acorn <br /> <br />Blaine Solid Waste ManaQement - Reauest to Service Centerville <br />Elementary School. <br />It was noted that a representative from Blaine Solid Waste <br />Management was not present. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Wilharber reviewed a letter dated October 20, 1993 <br />from Gregory Hellings, City Attorney, regarding the waste <br />collection request by Blaine Waste Management to collect at the <br />Centerville Elementary School. <br />
