APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra added pages a-g to Item 1 of Approval of Council Minutes. <br />Mayor Capra added pages h-i to Item 2 of Approval of Council Minutes. <br />Mayor Capra added page la to Item 1 to the Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor Capra added Item 7 to the Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor Capra deleted Items la and b from Awards/ Presentations/Appearances. <br />Mayor Capra added page 26 to Item 4 of New Business. <br />Mayor Capra added Item 6 to New Business. <br />Mayor Capra added the 2009 Street Project Update to Announcements/LJpdates. <br />Councilmember Paar added Vacant Property Procedures to New Business. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
