APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br />February 13, 2008 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve the <br />February 13, 2008 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. Motion carried <br />unanimously. (Councilmember Paar Abstained due to absence) <br />2. February 13, 2008 City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve the <br />February 13, 2008 City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes as amended. Motion <br />carried unanimously. (Councilmember Paar Abstained due to absence). <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />None <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. City of Centerville February 14, 2008 through February 27, 2008 Claims <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims through February 15, 2008 <br />3. Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through February 14, 2008 <br />4. Approval of Precision Excavating & Grading, LLC Request for Payment #5 and <br />Change Order #2 - $17,472.97 -Old Mill Road Utility and Street Improvement <br />Pro, ect <br />5. Parks & Recreation Committee Recommendation to Authorize Centennial Soccer <br />Club's Use of Soccer Fields at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park for the 2008 Season <br />6. Acceptance of 2007 Franchise Fees - $7,190.92 <br />7. Successful Performance Review of Mr. Joel McPherson. Building Insbector <br />Councilmember Lee pulled Item #4 for discussion <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />Consent Agenda Items 1-3 and 5-7. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Lee stated the change order should be stated as 954. <br />City Engineer replied that was correct. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />Consent Agenda Item 4.
