City of Centerville Council Meeting Minutes March 26, 2008 Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve Resolution 08-011, a Resolution Receiving Report and Calling for a Public Hearing for the 2009 Street Improvement Proiect at a cost of $7.8 million on May 1, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. to be held at St. Genevieve's. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. VIII. NEW BUSINESS Ground Development Request for Letter of Credit Reduction -Pheasant Marsh III Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve the Ground Development Request for Letter of Credit Reduction - Pheasant Marsh, conditioned upon the extension for 12 months. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 2. Request from Sager's Bar & Grill for Re-Issuance of Liquor Licenses & Tobacco License Under New Name -DBA Kelly's Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve a Request from Sager's Bar & Grill for Re-Issuance of Liquor Licenses & Tobacco License Under New Name -DBA Kelly's. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES City Administrator Larson City Administrator Larson reported that the Public Works Department has been moving into the new building. 2. Draft Joint Council/Committee/Commission Work Session City Administrator Larson presented the draft Joint CounciUCommittee/Commission Work Session agenda for Council's review. Discussion ensued. Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the Joint Council/Committee/Commission Work Session Agenda for Apri12, 2008. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. CERT Update Councilmember Lakso reported that the third CERT training session was completed. She stated a total of 28 people are being trained thus far.
