APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra requested that the Check Summary Register Update be added to the <br />Consent Agenda under Item V.1. <br />Mayor Capra added meeting protocol to Item IX.2 - Announcements/LJpdates. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar, <br />to approve the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br />March 26, 2008 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the <br />March 26, 2008 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. Motion carried. <br />(Mayor Capra abstained). <br />2. April 2, 2008 City Council Joint Work Session w/Committees & Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar, <br />to approve the April 2, 2008 City Council Joint Work Session with Committees and <br />Commission Meeting Minutes as presented.
