Code Revision <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser explained that he has been compiling all the amendments made <br />throughout the years and made some legal updates. He presented the changes he made to <br />Interim Use Permits based upon current legal changes to Conditional Use Permits by the <br />US Supreme Court. <br />City Attorney Glaser stated he would provide acolor-coded working copy of the changes. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
