<br /> <br />ANDERSON <br />RACE <br />MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />May 12,2008 <br />Pat Branch <br />Fete De Lac Run <br /> <br />The following is the proposal for the Fete De Lac RunlWalk in August 2009 in Centerville, MN. The <br />proposal is for the event to beginlf"mish at Centerville Lake. Anderson Race Management <br />proposes a fee of $2,500 (plus mileage for meetings/race) and includes the following: <br /> <br />-Secure a site/race route for the event by submitting all permits. Working with City and Park Board to <br />fulfill permit issuing requirements such as posting signage, etc. (Financial responsibility of Event) <br />-Secure policelbarricades for safety of event (Financial responsibility of Event) <br />-Measure, mark and secure race course on race day. <br />-List race calendar postings on various MN and National running related websites. <br />-Distribute entry forms to metro area running stores, fitness clubs and running clubs. <br />-Submit forms for event insurance ifneeded (Financial responsibility of Event). <br />-Arrange various equipment rentals/services such as tents, tables, portable toilets, announcer, etc. ARM <br />works with preferred vendors to secure the lowest prices for equipment rental. (Financial responsibility <br />of Event). <br />-Design a layout for all activities (startlfinis~ registration, parking, refreshments, awards ceremony, etc.) <br />-Coordinate all race day volunteer needs. Volunteers to be provided by Event. <br />-Manage entry form collection process. <br />-Arrange announcer services if requested. <br />-Arrange paramedic services if requested. <br />-Provide online listing and links on www.andersonraces.com. <br />-Provide race site signage and mile markers. <br />-Listing in ARM Newsletter (1 paragraph plus race logo)-distribution of 18,000 plus metro runner <br />emails. <br />-ARM Client preferred rates with metro area running related magazines. <br />- Work with ARM preferred product sponsors to secure donated product. Any product requested, but not <br />able to secure through sponsorship will be the financial responsibility of the Event. <br /> <br />-Timing Services Breaksdown on second page. <br />
