<br />The following will serve as the proposal for Results/Timing Services for the event. ARM proposes the <br />following price for timing the event: <br /> <br />Tae: Timme: Results <br />$1.25 Per Registered Participant <br />Minimum Fee is $400 <br /> <br />OR <br /> <br />Chip Timme: Results <br />$3.00 Per Registered Participant <br />$1.50 for Prepared Chip Packets Not Used <br />$10 Per Lost Chip <br />Minimum Fee is $1,000 <br /> <br />This includes: <br />All data entry, which includes information submitted on the participant's entry form. <br />Working with on-line registration. After the event, I will submit a file to the media outlets of <br />your choice. You will receive electronic copies of the results submitted in numerical order of <br />finish, as well as age category winners. <br />Calendar Listing, Entry form pdf, and results listing on www.andersonraces.com. <br />I will also provide Alpha and Numeric lists for pre-registration, as well as label race numbers <br />(provided by you) with pre-registered participant's information. <br />After the event is complete, you will also receive a mailing list file with all participants' <br />information that can be used for results, registration forms, etc. <br />Results labels may be provided at a cost of $.05/label to mail to all finishers. <br />This bid also includes all finish line equipment, such as clock with stand, orange cones, spindles, <br />stop watches, and any computer equipment necessary to compute results. <br />-ARM will be allowed to stufIup to 2 entry forms in race packets. <br /> <br />I hope that this proposal encompasses everything you are looking for.
