<br />(D) Exceptions. The city may waive certain submittal requirements for residential <br />variance applications, when it is determined that submittal requirements are not <br />applicable or are not necessary to complete a review of the proposed action. The city <br />may also waive certain submittal requirements for other actions, when site plan <br />information for the subject property has previously been submitted to the city and may be <br />more appropriately supplemented with new information. <br />(Amended ##-##-2008) <br /> <br />~ 154.024 FINAL GRADING AND LANDSCAPING. <br /> <br />Lots in all districts shall be subject to the following: <br /> <br />(A) No occupancy permit shall be issued until the lot upon which the structure is <br />constructed is brought to [mished grade as specified except during inclement weather an <br />escrow shall be deposited with the city as approved in the fee schedule; and <br /> <br />(B) Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit, the lot shall be landscaped in a <br />manner which prevents erosion due to wind or water and shall include a final layer of no <br />less than four to six inches of topsoil.. Extensions may be granted at the Building <br />Official's discretion. <br /> <br />~ 154.025 BUILDING NUMBERS. <br /> <br />(A) Numbers required. It shall be the duty of the owner, lessee or occupant of every <br />house, industrial, commercial or other building to have proper house or building numbers <br />either by affIxing to the building numbers in metal, glass, plastic or other durable <br />material. The numbers shall not be less than six inches in height, in a contrasting color to <br />the base, and so placed to be easily seen from the street. <br /> <br />(B) Alternative display. In those cases where the principal building is obscured <br />from view from the street of address by accessory buildings, trees, shrubbery or other <br />visual obstruction, the numbers shall be displayed from a permanent mounting on the <br />property so that they are clearly visible from the street of address. <br /> <br />DISTRICTS AND USE REGULATIONS <br /> <br />~ 154.035 GENERAL PROVISIONS. <br /> <br />26 <br />
