The Commission discussed the Liquor Ordinance and suggested a few minor changes <br />documented by Staff. This Ordinance is to be added to the group for public hearing in <br />the Fall. <br />2.Ordinance #14 – Land Improvement & Street Construction <br />City Administrator Larson suggested that Mr. Palzer and the City Engineer review this <br />Ordinance prior to discussion with the Commission. <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Klennert Hunt, to <br />direct Staff to have Mr. Palzer review the Ordinance prior to sending it to the City <br />Engineer and Council for review. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />3.Ordinance #16 – Use of Highways <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Hanzal to send this <br />Ordinance to the Police Chief for review. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />4.Ordinance #20A - NSP <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that this Ordinance could not be changed without the <br />agreement of Xcel Energy. <br />The Commission found a few minor typos but agreed it would be too costly to seek <br />approval of the changes. <br />5.Ordinance #22A – Office of Clerk/Administrator <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that Staffneeded time to research this Ordinance to <br />see if there was another Ordinance governing this matter or another version of this <br />Ordinance. <br />VI. DISCUSSIONITEMS <br />1.Resignation of Council Member Linda Broussard Vickers and Planning <br />Commission Council Liaison Vacancy <br />Mayor Capra indicated that Council is seeking interested applicants for the open Council <br />seat and will appoint an official Council Liaison as soon as the position is full. In the <br />meantime, she will be filling in as Liaison. <br />2.Ordinance #4 Pool Fence Height <br />The Commission discussed pool fence height and the need to address this matter prior to <br />pool season. <br />Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br />
