Motion by Commissioner Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Love, to set a public <br />hearing to consider amendment of pool height fence as well as the addition of a <br />permit fee for fences. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />City Administrator Larson presented information on a proposal received by Staff for a lot <br />split and explained that Staff would recommend that this be platted rather than a simple <br />lot split. <br />The Commission agreed and Staff indicated the applicant would be informed of the need <br />to do a plat. <br />VII.CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> 1. February 28, 2005 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br />Commissioner Hanzal indicated that Chair Hanson should be changed to Commissioner <br />Hanzal in reference to showing pictures on Pages 2 and 3. On Page 3 change it to if. <br />Commissioner Klennert Hunt indicated that suds should be changed to studs. <br />Motion by Commissioner Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Wright to approve <br />the Minutes of February 28, 2005, as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Hanzal to Adjourn the <br />April 5, 2005 Planning Commission Meetingat 9:10 p.m. All in favor.
