PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br />rd <br />1.Mr. Rick Carlson, Hunter’s Crossing 3 Addition <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:33 p.m. <br />Mr. Rick Carlson appeared before the Commission and reviewed the plat for Hunter’s <br />rd <br />Crossing 3 Addition noting he has added 7 more lots than the original plan has for a <br />total of 44 lots. <br />Mr. Carlson indicated he has approval subject to some conditions from Rice Creek <br />Watershed District. <br />Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br />
