<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville <br />City Council held their regular meeting on Thursday, September <br />10, 1987 at City Hall. Mayor L~Allier called the meeting to <br />order at 7:05 p.m. Present: Laska, Fritchie, Wilharber, <br />Neumann. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to accept the minutes of <br />the August 19, 1987 special meeting with the following <br />corrections: <br />-page one, paragraph one from: "Present: Fritchie, Wilharber, <br />Neumann."; <br />to: "Present: Laska, Fritchie, Wilharber, <br /> <br />Neumann."; <br />-page three, paragraph two from: "Motion by Wilharber, second by <br />Fritchie to install two culverts underneath <br />Mill Road... ."; <br />to: "Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to <br />install two casings underneath Mill <br /> <br />Road. I I " ; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to accept the minutes of <br />the August 26, 1987 regular meeting with the following <br />corrections: <br />-page five, paragraph nine from: ".. .that two sides of the <br />tennis court are church property." <br />to: ".. .that two sides of the tennis court are <br />school property. II ; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br />Petition from residents of Oak Circle on Center Oaks I to block <br />off the street and hold a block picnic from 12:00 noon to 10:00 <br />p.m. on September 12, 1987. Petition is on file with City Clerk. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to approve the request to <br />block off Oak Circle for a block picnic on September 12, 1987, <br />Clerk will notify the Lino Lake Police Department and the Public <br />Works Director; residents who signed the petition will be <br />responsible for clean up regarding this picnic, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk advised Council that complaints have been received from <br />residents of Mill Road regarding the use of the Steven Lane <br />entrance to L'Allier Estates II by Parent Construction. Terry <br />Mauer, City Engineer advised that it is not that much further <br />from Clear Ridge to Steven Lane. He also advised that use of <br />Steven Lane would eliminate potential traffic congestion and <br />safety hazard. City Engineer feels that Centerville Heights will <br />not require use of entrance from Mill Road as this is a <br />completely different situation. <br /> <br />OLD B(lSINESS <br />Discussion of Centerville Heights will be discussed at a future <br />
