Clerk agreed, but advised that it~ is not feasible <br />for the City Hall staff to put this together atJ~ime. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to amend Ordinance #4, <br />Article 3, Section 32.01 regarding Home Occupations, per the <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, contingent <br />upon City Attorney opinion as to whether another public hearing <br />is needed as the current proposed amendment varies from the <br />proposed amendment advertised; the effective date of the <br />amendment will be the date of City Attorney~s opinion, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Wilharber to direct City Clerk to <br />advertise for a temporary part-time Public Works employee, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will send a letter of thank you to Dick Robischon (Council <br />member), Larry Koch (Park and Recreation Committee member), and <br />Peter Buessler (Planning and Zoning Commission member) for their <br />past service to the City of Centerville. Clerk will also <br />advertise to fill the vacancies for a Park and Recreation <br />Committee member, and a Planning and Zoning Commission member. <br /> <br />Clerk also advised that a North Central Cable liaison is needed. <br />No Council members volunteered. Clerk will advertise on Cable <br />for a resident representative. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Wilharber to pay mileage to Dan <br />Tourville, 6994 Centerville Road for travel regarding the taping <br />of the September 9, 1987 Street Reconstruction Assessment <br />Hearing, motion carried unanimously_ <br /> <br />Mayor L'Allier and Council member Laska will switch the months of <br />October and December respectively for Park and Recreation <br />liaison, due to personal conflicts. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber as liaison <br />September 8, 1987 Park and Recreation <br /> <br />gave a report of <br />Committee meeting. <br /> <br />the <br />City <br />
