<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />August 26, 1987 <br />Page Seven <br /> <br />implement a $200.00 fee to transfer title of liquor license from <br />one owner to another, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor L'Allier noted that Mayor Marshall Dahl of Circle Pines <br />contacted him to advise that an award ceremony will be held <br />October 19, 1987 honoring the Centennial School for its National <br />recognition. Clerk will contact Jim Keinath, City Administrator <br />for Circle Pines for more information. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to direct City Clerk to <br />purchase a telephone, not to exceed $75.00; this is to eliminate <br />the monthly leasing charge from AT & T for the phone currently <br />used at City Hall, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to pay current claims, <br />motion carried unanimously.
