<br />City Council Minutes <br />July 28, 1987 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />get together and make own private decisions; this would result in <br />adapting Resolution #15 which reallocates the proposed <br />reconstruction costs for the project as a result of the general <br />obligation improvement bond of 1987, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />City Engineer advised that the City does have six months to make <br />a decision on the project before procedings must be started over. <br /> <br />Discussion of garage within setbacks of County Road #14, Craig <br />Ryan, 7098 Brian Drive. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Robischon to allow Craig Ryan, <br />Sussel Corporation, and Gunnar Pettersen, Building Inspecting to <br />work out a financial solution to the removal of a cement slab <br />within the setbacks of the County #14 at 7098 Brian Drive; the <br />City will address the issue further if a problem arises; the City <br />revokes the Building Permit 87-35, for 7098 Brian Drive garage, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Laska to adjourn meeting, motion <br />carried unanimously.
