John Stewart, City Engineer
advised that they are aware of the problem and that Valley Paving
has agreed that they have contributed to it. The storm sewer
will be cleaned out.

Council member Laska noted that Allied Blacktop used a broom
sweeper and blew dirt up on some of the boulevards, he feels that
they should have had a pickup crew come around to clean up the
boulevards. City Engineer will notify the engineering inspector
and he will get together with Council member Laska to determine
the problem areas.

Council member Robischon noted that some of the North Central
Cable lines on Peltier Lake Drive have been severed during the
road reconstruction and have not been put together.

Council member Fritchie noted the odor at Michael Moreland, 1540
Peltier Lake Drive. Clerk will have Orville Hughes, Public Works
Director go to the premises to see what is causing the odor. If
he has any problems, he will contact the Health Department and
investigate further.

OLD BUSINESS
John Johnson of Merila and Associates
Companies appeared to update the
Heights development.

and Ken
Council

Briggs of Harstad
on the Centerville

Minor modifications were made on the grading plan. The original
plan was to obtain drainage through the Houle property to
Clearwater Creek, but due to the cost of this option Harstad has
had to reconsider. A culvert has had to be installed on the most
southern border of Centerville Heights, above the most westerly
lot of the proposed Wegleitner Addition, as no drainage easement
was on that lot as originally thought. The second lot of the
proposed Wegleitner Addition does have a drainage easement on it,
and Harstad feels they will be able to utilize this. The
proposed pond in the north section of the development will be
moved to west of the proposed park in Centerville Heights, the
water will then drain across Fox Run. The new location of this
pond will create a natural buffer between the park and property
owners.
