<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Page Four <br />t.Tllly 8, 1987 <br /> <br />Centerville thence N 50 feet along the northernly <br />extension of the E line of Lot 7, Block 3, Centerville; <br />thence W 15 feet along the N line of vacated Westview <br />Street; thence S 50 feet parallel to the northernly <br />extension of the E line of Lot 7, Block 3, Centerville; <br />thence E 15 feet along the N line of Lot 7, Block 3, <br />Centerville to the point of beginning; <br />Donald Opp would obtain title to the properties: <br />The S 30 feet of the E 25 feet of Lot 9, Block 3 in <br />the Village of Centerville. <br /> <br />The E 15 feet of the N 20 feet of Lot 9, Block 3, <br />Centerville. <br /> <br />Parts of Lots number 3, 4, and 5 of Block 3 in village <br />of Centerville described as follows: Commencing at the <br />NE corner of Lot 2, Block 3 in the village of <br />Centerville, thence N 0 degrees 14 minutes 08 seconds E <br />along the E line of said Lot 3 a distance of 49.93 feet <br />to the NE corner of said Lot 3 thence N 6 degrees 43 <br />minutes 36 seconds W a distance of 66 feet, thence N 1 <br />degree 32 minutes 16 seconds W to a point 6 feet S <br />of the N line of said Lot 5 thence W parallel with said <br />N line of said Lot 5 to a point distance of 74 feet E <br />if W line of said Lot 5, thence Southeasterly 147 feet <br />to the point of beginning; <br /> <br />The E 15 feet of Lot 8, Block 3, Centerville except the <br />N 6 feet of the E 15 feet thereof; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Laska to amend the above motion to <br />include that all costs incurred with regard to the City Attorney <br />determining the legality of the land descriptions will be the <br />responsibility of Donald Opp, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion of Lake Sanitation request to increase monthly charges <br />for service. It was decided that a new contract would be drawn <br />up which could include: <br />-allowance for price renegociation when deemed necessary, <br />-tires taken would be an extra charge; <br />-last Saturday in April will be set for Spring Clean Up Day, <br />-the amount of waste during times of weight restrictions on <br />roads will be limited to 1-2 cans. <br />City Attorney will be asked to review the new contract before the <br />City will agree to this. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Laska to allow Lake Sanitation to <br />increase the monthly service charge to residents of Centerville <br />by $2.00 per month, motion carried uanimously. <br />
