The County <br />is to take care of the problem. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to table the issue of <br />amending the Comprehensive Plan with regard to trail systems in <br />the City of Centerville for December 1987, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will try to obtain prices on a new bulliten board for the <br />outside of City Hall. Clerk will also advertise on cable for <br />persons who may want to donate a bulliten board to the City with <br />their family name engraved on it. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to direct Orville Hughes, <br />Public Works Director to put up rain gutters in the front of City <br />Hall, motion carried unanimously_ <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to allocate $200.00 for <br />the landscape plan for the front of City Hall; they would like to <br />also see the landscape plan and approve it before the monies are <br />actually allocated, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by <br />budget meeting on July 28, 1987 <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Neumann to hold the first 1988 <br />at 7:00 p.m., motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to allocate the funds and <br />allow the City Clerk to attend the Minnesota Municipal Clerks <br />Institute held July 13-17, 1987, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to excuse the City Clerk <br />from the June 24, 1987 City Council meeting and from City Hall on <br />June 25, 1987 and June 29, 1987 without pay to take care of <br />personal family business, motion carried unanimously_ <br /> <br />Council members Robischon and Fritchie advised the rest of the <br />Council that the City Clerk received a favorable review and has <br />passed her 90 day probationary period. <br /> <br />Orville Hughes, Public Works Director advised the he needed <br />direction on several items. The Council's advise: <br />-place the handicapped sign on the telephone pole, <br />-obtain paint to paint necessary portions of City Hall, <br />-look for parts for the tractor and get prices, <br />-have old slabs of cement removed by the contractor that <br />did the sidewalk, <br />-replace the necessary parts on the lift stations. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to make payment of current <br />claims, motion carried unanimously.
