Mikkelson Co. <br />occur when bids are in. <br /> <br />Further discussion will <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to hold the joint meeting <br />of the City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, and Park and <br />Recreation Department on Monday, June 29, 1987 from 7:00 p.m. to <br />10:00 p.m.; Peter Buesseler, Planning and Zoning Commission <br />member will be asked to be the facilitator at this meeting, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will publish the notice of the above meeting in the Quad <br />Press. <br /> <br />Some of the items on the agenda will be: <br />-the P&R long term park plan, <br />-Central Park - to include location of the warming house, <br />-enforcement of City Ordinances, <br />-what is the goal of the City and what does it have to do to <br />attain that goal. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to request that Orville <br />Hughes Public Works Director purchase the home plates needed for <br />the ballfields versus the Park and Recreation Committee; aye: <br />Fritchie, Neumann, L'Allier, Laska; nay: Robischon, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie that there will be a <br />$200.00 fee for the use of the ballfields in Central Park for all <br />softball tournaments, except for local nonprofit organizations <br />within the City of Centerville, subject to Council review; this <br />is in addition to the $200.00 damage deposit that is required, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council member Fritchie, <br />meeting advised that P&R <br />hockey rink this year. <br /> <br />liaison to the last P&R Committee <br />has a tentative commitment to move the <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by L'Allier to change the street name of <br />Sumac Circle to Sumac Court to accomodate a typographical error <br />made in the final plat of Center Oaks II, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />L'Allier land swap was discussed. Clerk advised that per the <br />City Attorney this must be heard by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission first as stated in Ordinance #8, then the City Council <br />can move on the swap. L'Allier land swap passed on the P&Z. <br /> <br />Clerk advised that County Inspector came to Centerville to <br />approve the sidewalk and advised that the contractor will have to <br />
