<br />Page five - City Council <br />Meeting Minutels <br />April 8, 1987 <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie that the definition of <br />a feasibility study will be the long term planning study that <br />would address streets, sewer, water drainage, the needs of the <br />proposed development interfacing that with the long term <br />infrastructure needs of the City, providing for the benefit of <br />the city & developer, and an estimate of what costs might be <br />incurred in completing such a development, motion carried unan- <br />imo usly. <br />NBW BUSINESS: <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Robischon to repeal Resolution 8-77 & <br />adopt Resolution #87-4 which address Senior Citizen Deferments, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolution /;/8-77 had become obselete due to the sentence ,It Any <br />homestead parcel with an Assessor's Market Value in excess of <br />$35,000.00, shall not qualify." This sentence was not included <br />in Resolution #87-4. Copies of both amendments are attached to <br />and made part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to table discussion of <br />"No Parking" signs on county roads until the April 22, 1987 meeting, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Fritchie to table the issue ofsp~ed <br />zoning until the April 22, 1987 meeting, in order to get further <br />clarification from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Cheryl Monson, 163 Colleen Ave., Shorview appeared before the <br />Council to request that road restrictions be lifted earlier <br />this year. She is trying to have a home built in Centerville. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to lift road weight <br />restrictions concurrently with Anoka County, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Laska to have a Spring Clean Up on <br />Saturday, May 2, 1987, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />City Clerk will call Lake Sanitation to request a dumpster for <br />May 2, 1987 & will call the Circulating Pines to verify the date. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Robischon to have City Clerk write <br />a letter to Lino Lakes advising that Centerville concurs with <br />their research of a possible surface water management problem <br />which exists in the Centerville-Lino Lakes area, and that <br />Centerville will be waiting for a response in this matter, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />
