Copy of <br />Specifications for Street Seal Coating, March 1987, are on file with <br />the City Clerk. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Robischon to accept the Specifications <br />for Street Seal Coating for the City'of Centerville, dated March <br />1987, by Maier Stewart and Associates, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Jere Bartz and Gary Groen of Abdo, Abdo, and Eick will present the <br />1986 Audit Report at the April 8, 1987 City Council meeting, due to <br />time constraints. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Neumann to support the use of legal <br />services by the'! Fire Commission on the behalf of the Fire Fighters <br />Relief Association to seek legislative correction to acknowledge the <br />operation of a joint powers agreement, with the understanding that <br />8.1% of the cost is to be absorbed by the City of Centerville,.motion <br />carried uanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann second by Robischon to table the appointment of a <br />representative of the City of Centerville to be on the Planning <br />Committee for the Fire Commission of the Centennial Fire District <br />until the April 8, 1987 City Council meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Rob;schon, second by Neumann to repeal Ordinance #14 in <br />its entirety as per the city engineer and city attorney direction, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Neumann to disallow the use of the <br />Centerville City Hall for an . aerobic class through the Community <br />Education Program at Centennial, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to not have the streets of <br />Centerville swept by Clean Sweep, Inc. in 1987, as this would be <br />taken care of with the proposed seal coating project, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to table the decision of a <br />Northern Suburban Comsumer Advocates for the Handicapped Contribution <br />until the April 8, 1987 City Council meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Robischon to authorize Tamara Miltz- <br />Miller, Clerk/Treasurer as a signer for the City of Centerville for <br />checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, safe deposit <br />box and other necessary city transactions, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />r~otion by Fritchie, second by Laska to accept the amended City of <br />Centerville Policy for City Operations as per the minutes of the <br />r~arch 11, 1987 Centerville City Council minutes, motion carried <br />unanimously.
