Centervi{{e, M9I... 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 . ~a~ (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-19 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR DELINQUENT SEWER AND WATER BILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that there are properties with delinquent sewer and water <br />bills; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment has been completed <br />and filed in the City office for public inspection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notification to affected property owners has already taken place. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOT A: <br /> <br />1. A hearing shall be held on the 220d day of November in the city hall at 6:00 p.m. or as <br />soon as possible thereafter, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and <br />place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an <br />opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. <br /> <br />2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed <br />assessment to be published once in the official newspaper and shall state in the notice the <br />total cost of the proposed assessment. <br /> <br />3.
