Unit is to be built at our factory in Tipton, <br />Indiana in about 180-210 working days after receipt <br />of signed contract, on a new stock chassis. Total <br />delivered cost - $38,369. Option: FMC Bean Royal <br />"70" separate hi-pressure pump add $5,000. Total <br />cost $43,369. <br />Alternate bid: One new stock unit S-9637 complete <br />as detailed in your advertised specs, complete with <br />7.50 gpm volume pump, 7.50 gallon water tank including <br />your option of hi-pressure foe - delivery in 30 days <br />(or less) F.O.B. Centerville $40,900. <br /> <br />Each bidder with the exception of Pierce Manufacturing, <br />gave a summary of their bid. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion to refer bids to the Fire <br />Department Truck Committee for a week and meet with the City <br />Council on Wednesday, April 21, at 7:00 pm at which time a bid <br />would be accepted, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Mobley was in attendance to go over a proposed plan <br />by the Centerville Elementary School to build a loft in the IMC <br />section of the school. Mr. Mobley was not in favor of such a <br />proposal because it did not meet state building codes and clerk <br />was to deliver loft plans to Mr. Webster and Mr. Mobley would <br />advise Mr. Webster of same. <br /> <br />Discussions were held on the semi-trailer truck parked in <br />front of 7129 Main Street, bus in front of 7124 Main Street and <br />complaints from residents of Mound Trail concerning the goings- <br />on in the Anoka County Park. <br /> <br />Police Chief Myhre brought in the March Police reports for <br />Centerville and Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />A copy of the Land Use Bill was presented to the council <br />members for their information. <br /> <br />Letter from the Minnesota Bi-centennial Committee was <br />discussed with reference to signs Centerville could purchase <br />
