<br />RESOLUTION <br />5 - 76 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville desires to be a <br /> <br />participant in the Nation's Bicentennial Communities <br /> <br />Program and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed Thomas B. <br />Cavalier, Chairperson of the Centerville Bicentennial <br /> <br />Committee, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council has appointed <br /> <br />various citizens to the Centerville Bicentennial Com- <br /> <br />mittee, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville Bicentennial Committee <br /> <br />has planned a Bicentennial program, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED the Center- <br /> <br />ville City Council on behalf of the Centerville Bicen- <br /> <br />tennial Committee does hereby request the Minnesota <br /> <br />Bicentennial Commission to approve and forward its <br />application as a Bicentennial City. <br /> <br /> <br />AT~/ .//J <br />4( ~JG~/~ <br />CLERK-TREASURER <br />/ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />-- <br />
