Elmer Murray made <br />a motion to approve payment on parcels 2, 6, 7, 9, 15, 41, 51 and <br />54, John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. (Fran Burque <br />abstained on first motion above.) <br /> <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to authorize the Mayor and Clerk <br />to execute the construction easement agreement with the Board <br />of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul, Leon L'Allier <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Police Chief Myhre appeared before council with November police <br />report for Centerville. Marv also requested the council to write <br />a letter to the Anoka County Board of Commissioners requesting <br />an extension of no parking signs at least 200 feet to the north <br />side of Main Street and 400 feet to the east side of Main Street. <br />He also suggested checking the no parking signs on Mound Trail. <br /> <br />John Peterson made a motion to enter into a mutual aid agreement <br />with Forest Lake on recommendation of the Fire department, Elmer <br />Murray seconded it, motion carried. <br />
