<br />Commencing at the southwest corner of the Ni-swi-SEt of Section <br />14; thence East, assumed bearing, along the south line of the Nt- <br />SW~-SE~ of Section 14, a distance of 42.11 feet to the point of <br />intersection with the east line of the public road; thence North <br />1 degree 00 minutes East, along said east road line, a distance <br />of 266.05 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing <br />North 1 degree 00 minutes East, a distance of 93.95 feet; thence <br />North 3 degrees 58 minutes East, a distance of 12.27 feet; thence <br />South 89 degrees 57 minutes East, a distance of 149.36 feet; thence <br />South 1 degree 00 minutes West, a distance of 106.04 feet; thence <br />West, a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br />0.4 acre, more or less, including any right of title existing <br />in said public road. Subject to easements and reservations of1 <br />record, variance granted because this is the last remaining <br />lot in metes and bounds description and not feasible to make <br />a plat, Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. (Property is <br />in the name of Al L'A11ier.) <br /> <br />Mayor reported on meeting with Mr. Sheff, Assistant County ~ttorney, <br />on the Mound Trail agreement. <br /> <br />The attorney presented the following easements for approval: <br /> <br />James Canine - $150. - Parcel 2 <br />Kevin Danielson - $150, - Parcel 2 <br />Ronald Miller - $120. - Parcel 6 <br />Cecil LaMotte - $450. - Parcel 7 <br />Gary McCready - $150 - Parcel 9 <br />Delina LaLonde - $2114. - Parcel 15 <br />A. A. Burque Estate - $3000. - Parcel 40 <br />Al L'Allier - $545. - Parcel 41 <br />Armond Abresch - $25. - Parcel 51 <br />Earl Halley - $25. - Parcel 54 <br /> <br />Easement paymen~are made on the following manner: <br /> <br />$1.50 per lineal foot for permanent easement <br />.50 for temporary easement to 100' <br />.25 over 100' <br /> <br />John Peterson made a motion to approve payment on Parcel 40, <br />Leon L'Allier seconded it, motion carried. Elmer Murray made <br />a motion to approve payment on parcels 2, 6, 7, 9, 15, 41, 51 and <br />54, John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. (Fran Burque <br />abstained on first motion above.) <br /> <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to authorize the Mayor and Clerk <br />to execute the construction easement agreement with the Board <br />of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul, Leon L'Allier <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Police Chief Myhre appeared before council with November police <br />report for Centerville. Marv also requested the council to write <br />a letter to the Anoka County Board of Commissioners requesting <br />an extension of no parking signs at least 200 feet to the north <br />side of Main Street and 400 feet to the east side of Main Street. <br />He also suggested checking the no parking signs on Mound Trail. <br /> <br />John Peterson made a motion to enter into a mutual aid agreement <br />with Forest Lake on recommendation of the Fire department, Elmer <br />Murray seconded it, motion carried. <br />
