<br />') ( ) ! .t <br /> <br />.:".1 " . ! <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville held their regular <br />monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 1), 1976 in the City Hall. <br />Mayor Prachar called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Present <br />were: Burque, L'Allier, Murray, Peterson, Attorney Hawkins, <br />Engineer Carley and Williams and Mr. Pulscher of Springsted , Inc. <br /> <br />Correction to minutes of September 8, 1976 meeting. Minutes <br />appeared "Vern Peloquin appeared before Council with a proposal <br />to change a 15' easement to a 60' street right of way in Sub- <br />division #47 Revised." Correction: John Peterson made a motion <br />that the City Council agree with the concept of the proposal <br />and would grant approval pending notification of the Rice Creek <br />Watershed Board, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. <br />All other minutes from September 8 and 22, 1976 were approved <br />as written. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: Residents complained of the cars <br />speeding on Mill Road. John Peterson made a motion to adopt Mobile Home <br />Ordinance as presented, Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. <br />Copy of ordinance is attached to these minutes. <br /> <br />Clerk read attached Resolution #76-13 dealing with Anoka County <br />Highway Department plowing streets in Centerville during the <br />winter of 1976-77. Clerk read the streets to be involved and <br />was to check with Lino on the plowing of 21st Avenue. John <br />Peterson made a motion to adopt resolution #76-1), Elmer Murray <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on Mound Trail agreement with Anoka County. <br />Attorney Hawkins was to call Anoka County Attorney to set up <br />meeting for discussion on same and report at next meeting. <br /> <br />Clerk advised City Council Joyce Dupre be appointed Deputy Clerk <br />for November 2 election. <br /> <br />Agreement with Satellite Industries dealing with salellite for <br />skating rink during the winter months was signed. <br />
