<br />210 <br /> <br />Discussion was held on PCA burning permit for Centerville. Clerk <br />was to check and see what kind of fence they required around <br />site and report at next meeting. <br /> <br />Clerk read amendment to Ordinance #23. John Peterson made <br />a motion to adopt amendment to Ordinance #23, Leon L'Allier <br />seconded it, motion carried. Copy of amendment is attached <br />to these minutes. <br /> <br />Clerk advised City Council Leon L'Allier, Fran Burque and <br />Elmer Murray had filed for Council seats, Walter Prachar <br />had filed for Mayor, Floyd Kruger filed for Centerville <br />representative on District Hospital Board and Dr. David Olson <br />had filed for member at large on Hospital Board concerning <br />election on November 2. Council seats and Mayor po~ition <br />would be on City ballot for election on November 2nd also. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on fire truck insurance premium which is <br />due November 13. Matter tabled until next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Don Carley, Carley Engineering read letter concerning <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement #1 which is attached to these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Palscher from Springsted,Inc., presented council with <br />a Centerville Debt Programming Assumption which is attached <br />to these minutes. Discussion was held on assessment data, <br />amount of bond issue, prices and costs for the sewer improve- <br />men t . <br /> <br />Clerk read the following checks to be paid: #2735 - 2763. <br />Fran Burque made a motion to pay bills, Elmer Murray seconded <br />it, motion carried. Deposits of $2,610.42 and $100.10 were <br />made during month leaving a balance as of Oc~aber 13, 1976 <br />$8,435.00. <br /> <br />Fran Burque made a motion to adjourn meeting, Elmer Murray <br />seconded it, motion carried.
