One house trailer or mobile home may be placed upon any tract <br />of land by the owner of said tract, and be used for temporary <br />dwelling purposes for a period not in excess of 90 days, upon <br />obtaining from the City Council a permit therefor. Applications for <br />such shall be made in writing to the City Clerk and it shall be <br />the clerk's duty to submit such application to the City Council <br />at the next regular meeting thereof. The Council in its discretion <br />grant or deny such permit and may require as a condition to the <br />granting of said permit or any renewal permit, that the applicant <br />appear in person before the Council and be examined as to his <br />plans for a permanent dwelling and other matters relative thereto. <br /> <br />Permits shall in no event be granted for a period in excess of <br />ninety (90) days. At the expiration of said ninety-day period, <br />the owner or occupant of any trailer so placed upon premises in <br />accord with this section shall immediately remove the same, unless <br />prior to the expiration of said ninety-day period, the owner or <br />occupant shall obtain from the City Council a renewal permit. <br />Application therefor may be made to the City Clerk as in the case <br />of original permits, and must be submitted to the Council prior <br />to the expiration of the original ninety-day period. One renewal <br />permit may be granted upon good cause shown, but in no event shall <br />a renewal permit be granted for a period in excess of 90 days and <br />not more than one such renewal permit shall be granted. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br />PERMIT <br /> <br />a. Application for a special permit to establish, construct and <br />maintain a Mobile Home Park under the provisions of this ordinance <br />and any other City ordinance shall be made to the City Council of <br />the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />b. The application for a permit shall be accompanied by four (4) <br />copies of the Mobile Home Park plan showing the following, either <br />existing or proposed: <br /> <br />1. The extent and area proposed for Mobile Home Park purposes. <br />2. Roads and driveways. <br />3. Location of sites or units for mobile homes. <br />4. Location and number of sanitary conveniences. <br />5. Proposed disposition of surface drainage. <br />6. Proposed street surfacing and lighting. <br />7. Off street parking. <br />8. Patios. <br />9. Location of community building. <br />10. Location of recreation facilities. <br />11. Location of sidewalks. <br />12. Location of setback lines. <br />13. Location of screening, planting, green areas, etc. <br />14. Any other information requested by the City. <br />15. Location of utility lines. <br /> <br />c. Each application for a special use permit shall be accompanied <br />by a list of the names and addresses of all persons owning <br />property within 300 feet of any boundary line of the proposed <br />Mobile Home Park site. <br />
