If)9 A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Centerville was held on Wednesday, June 23, 1976. Mayor Prachar called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. Present were: Murray and Peterson. Absent: Burque and L'A11ier. Mayor brought council up to date on conversation with Robert Burman, Commissioner, about the construction of service road behind homes on Mound Trail which resulted from Commissioner's meeting on Friday, June 18. Mr. and Mrs. Liebel were in atten- dance and presented letter to council from Johnson and Bloomquist Attorneys at Law concerning the service road problem. Discussion was also held on whether the sewer line would be placed on the existing Mound Trail or on the new service road behind the homes. Clerk was to check with Bruce Houle about the possibility of insurance coverage on the beach area on Centerville Lake. Mr. Raddio and Mr. Everhard were in attendance inquiring about sewer service for the Center Oaks project. No decision was made on the matter. Clerk was to contact Planning and Zoning, Sewer Committee and council members for a meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 6th at 7:30 pm to discuss Centerville Interceptor. Ms. Mary Jane Miklas was in attendance requesting a permit to house her recreational vehicle on the property Lot 8, Block 2, Burque's Addition #1 on Peltier Lake. Mr. R. Donald Kelly of 1563 Peltier Lake Drive was also in attendance opposing her request. John Peterson made a motion to get an opinion from our city attorney and advise Ms. Miklas accordingly, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. The council denied the request for permit at this time. Clerk informed council Mr. and Mrs. Hentges have requested a temporary usary permit for a trailer to be put on their prop- erty at 7397 Mill Road while they are building their home. John Peterson made a motion to grant the Hentges a temporary usary permit for 90 days, pending written request, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. Sewer ordinance was discussed and looked at. Clerk was to type up the ordinance with the corrections from the Metro Council included in it. Clerk was to check on the No Dumping Signs she had requested of the county to be placed on the Centerville Park area.
