<br />If)9 <br /> <br />A special meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville was held on Wednesday, June 23, 1976. Mayor Prachar <br />called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. Present were: Murray <br />and Peterson. Absent: Burque and L'A11ier. <br /> <br />Mayor brought council up to date on conversation with <br />Robert Burman, Commissioner, about the construction of service <br />road behind homes on Mound Trail which resulted from Commissioner's <br />meeting on Friday, June 18. Mr. and Mrs. Liebel were in atten- <br />dance and presented letter to council from Johnson and Bloomquist <br />Attorneys at Law concerning the service road problem. Discussion <br />was also held on whether the sewer line would be placed on the <br />existing Mound Trail or on the new service road behind the homes. <br /> <br />Clerk was to check with Bruce Houle about the possibility <br />of insurance coverage on the beach area on Centerville Lake. <br /> <br />Mr. Raddio and Mr. Everhard were in attendance inquiring <br />about sewer service for the Center Oaks project. No decision <br />was made on the matter. <br /> <br />Clerk was to contact Planning and Zoning, Sewer Committee <br />and council members for a meeting to be held on Tuesday, July <br />6th at 7:30 pm to discuss Centerville Interceptor. <br /> <br />Ms. Mary Jane Miklas was in attendance requesting a permit <br />to house her recreational vehicle on the property Lot 8, Block <br />2, Burque's Addition #1 on Peltier Lake. Mr. R. Donald Kelly <br />of 1563 Peltier Lake Drive was also in attendance opposing her <br />request. John Peterson made a motion to get an opinion from <br />our city attorney and advise Ms. Miklas accordingly, Elmer <br />Murray seconded it, motion carried. The council denied the <br />request for permit at this time. <br /> <br />Clerk informed council Mr. and Mrs. Hentges have requested <br />a temporary usary permit for a trailer to be put on their prop- <br />erty at 7397 Mill Road while they are building their home. <br />John Peterson made a motion to grant the Hentges a temporary <br />usary permit for 90 days, pending written request, Elmer Murray <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Sewer ordinance was discussed and looked at. Clerk was <br />to type up the ordinance with the corrections from the Metro <br />Council included in it. <br /> <br />Clerk was to check on the No Dumping Signs she had <br />requested of the county to be placed on the Centerville Park area. <br /> <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to adjourn meeting, John <br />Peterson seconded it, motion carried.
