<br />RESOLUTION 76 - 11 <br />CI TY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with <br />the City of Centerville, on May 27, 1976, Hollis Hunt of <br /> <br />FMC Corporation has delivered fire equipment of the required <br /> <br />specifications in accordance with such cont~ct. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE : <br /> <br />1) The fire equipment delivered under such contract <br />is hereby accepted and approved. <br />2) The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to issue a proper order for <br />$40,900, in full payment of the purchase price. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 26th day of May, 1976. <br /> <br />~ ~ <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />Walter Prachar, Mayor <br /> <br />
