<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />~7 {, .- / 13 <br /> <br />-1 r: '~~ <br /> <br />; l( , '/ <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE SANITARY SEWER <br />AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 76-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously directed the <br /> <br />Engineer to furnish a report as to whether or not sanitary <br /> <br />sewer and water improvement project 76~1 is feasible, and <br /> <br />report as to the estimated cost of such improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is now in receipt of a report <br />from its Engineer declaring that 76-1 is feasible and that <br />the estimates cost is $1,208,000. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Centerville, shall meet at the Centerville <br />School Building in the City of Centerville, on June 10, <br /> <br />1976, at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose of holding a public <br /> <br />hearing upon the proposed sanitary sewer and water improve- <br /> <br />ment project 76-1. The City Clerk, with the assistance of <br />the Attorney and Engineer, shall publish twice a notice of <br /> <br />time and place of said hearing in the official newspaper <br /> <br />and shall mail a notice to each landowner effected at <br /> <br />least ten days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />A T']ES rr.~ ........) <br />~~'~-7~ <br />Lu Prachar, Clerk-Treasurer <br />
