1 A f) ~... ,J... " ) A special meeting was held on Wednesday, April 21, 1976 in the Centerville Hall between the City Council and the Fire Department respresentatives. Mayor Prachar called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Clerk read Report of Bid Evaluation which is attached and made a part of these minutes. Clerk also read Resolution Per- taining to Fire Truck Bids which is also attached to minutes. Leon L'Allier made a motion to adopt the Resolution, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. Discussion was held on the proposed fir truck purchase. It was noted the Fire Department Equipment fund had $12,904 on account as of this date. The Fire Truck from FMC which was to be purchased by the City was for $40,900. Elmer Murray made a motion to use $10,900 out of the Equipment Fund for down payment, John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. The balance on the fire truck would then be $30,000 to be paid in 5 equal installments beginning 6-1-77 and ending 6-1-81. The clerk read Resolution Determining to Issue Certificates of Indebtedness which is attached to these minutes. Elmer Murray made a motion to pass resolution, Leon L'Allier seconded it, motion carried. The Resolution Determining to Issue Certificates of Indebtedness would be published in the April JO issue of the Blaine Life Newspaper. Discussion was held on the Centerville Interceptor. Mayor Prachar informed council of meeting held in Bill Hawkins' office on Tuesday, April 20 between Mr. Hawkins, Mr. Carley, Leon L'Allier and Mayor Prachar. Elmer Murray made a motion to devote the next meeting of the City Council to discussion of the Centerville Interceptor, Fnan Burque seconded it, motion carried. A special meeting of the Planning and Zoning and the Sewer Committee was scheduled for Monday, April 26 at 7:00 pm in the City Hall to discuss the interceptor. Clerk was to call members of both committees. John Peterson made a motion to adjourn meeting, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:25 pm. It is hereby attached to these minutes and copy sent to all council members.
