<br />The City Council of the City of Centerville held <br />a special meeting on Monday, October 20, 1975 at 7:)0 pm. <br />in the City Hall. Present were Burque, LttA11ier, Murray <br />and Peterson. Mayor Prachar called the meeting to order <br />at 7:35 pm. <br /> <br />The 1976 budget for Centerville was tak~roeup for <br />discussion. 1976 assessed valuation for Centerville is <br />$1,509,768.00. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion to approve the following <br />budget for 1976, Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried: <br /> <br />TOTAL <br /> <br />$ 1,200.00 <br />),000.00 <br />150 . 00 <br />800.00 <br />2,800.00 <br />11,)67.00 <br />,00.00 <br />$19,3lh7.00 <br /> <br />General Revenue Levy <br />Road and Bridge Levy <br />Firemen's Relief Levy <br />Parks <br />Utilities <br />Police Protection <br />Civil Defense <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made.....a motion to give the Lions Club <br />and Fire Department a permit to sell ,.2 beer on Saturday <br />and Sunday, October 25 and 26, 1975. for their annual <br />Booya at the Centerville City Hall. Hours are 11:00 AM <br />to 11:00 PM on Saturday and 12:00 Noon to 8:00 PM on <br />Sunday, John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Sewer discussion was held. Elmer Murray made a <br />motion to send a letter to Mr. Boland of the Metro Council <br />requesting that Centerville get on the Metro Council <br />1976 Budget for sewer, Fran Burque seconded it, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to adjourn meeting, <br />Leon L'Allier seconded it, motion carried.
