<br />( <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville held their regular <br />meeting on Wednesday, May 25, 1977 in the City Hall. Mayor <br />Prachar called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm. Present were <br />Burque, L'Allier, Murray and Peterson. <br /> <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to accept minutes of May 11 and May <br />17 meetings with the following corrections: <br /> <br />May 11 meeting: Paragraph 8 - bigger dead sign is not required <br />on Peltier Lake Drive; page three, paragraph 5 - motion was <br />made on approval of -Center Oaks #1 with stipulations from <br />paragraph four to be included in the contract with city, Fran <br />Burque seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: Mound Trail residents were in attendance <br />requesting the reason for removing gravel off the street when the <br />proposed service road is not under construction in back of homes <br />as yet. <br /> <br />Clerk read the following notice: <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Centerville, in <br />the County of Anoka, and State of Minnesota, has accepted the <br />delivery of a Quit Claim Deed, a copy of said deed being attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, and is by reference made a part hereof. <br />That by the acceptance of the delivery of said deed, the city <br />acknowledges that the property described in the deed shall be <br />established as an easement for street and public utility purposes. <br />That said acceptance of the easement for street and public <br />utility purposes was taken by the City of Centerville, County of <br />Anoka, State of Minnesota, on May 25, 1977~ A description of <br />said easement for street and public utility purposes is as follows: <br /> <br />A permanent easement for road and utility purposes over that part <br />of the following described parcel: <br />That part of the East 60 feet of the West 210 feet of <br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />2), Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota lying <br />South of County Ditch No. 47 and lying North of the South <br />530 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. <br />DATED: May 25, 1977 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />BY: <br /> <br />Walter Prachar, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Lu Prachar, Clerk-Treasurer <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion to accept above described parcel <br />easement for street and public utility purposes, Fran Burque <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />I~ <br />
