( May 11, 1977 City Council meeting minutes page two assumed bearing, along the south line of the Ni-swi-SEi of Section 14, a distance of 42.11 feet to the point of intersection with the east line of the existing public road; thence North 1 degree 00 minut'es East, along said east road line, a distance of 100 feet; thence East, a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing East, a distance of 15.04 feet; thence North 63 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 95.56 feet; thence South 1 degree 00 minutes West, a distance of 142.29 feet to the south line of the Ni-swi-SEt of Section 14; thence West, along said south line, a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.3 acre, more or less. Subject to easements and reservations of record, and That certain part of Northi of swt of SE* of Section 14, Township 31, Range 22 described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the south line of said tract and the east line of the public road along or near the West line of said tract; thence North 1 degree East-angle based on the south line of said tract, along said road line for 100 feet; thence east parallel to the south line of said tract for 150 feet; thence South 1 degree West 100 feet to the south line of aforesaid tract; thence west along said line for 150 feet to the point of beginning. Any right of title existing in said adjacent road is included to the center line thereof, providing that one new parcel of record be created, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. Mayor Prachar read portions of letter from B. W. & Leo Harris Company requesting sewer service for a parcel of land on the south west corner of Highway 14 and Interstate 35E, Lino Lakes. Consensus was that at the present time, the city cannot attempt to run the line out to this property and it would involve changing boundaries. Mayor was to inform Harris Company of this decision. Mayor read letter from Senator Wendell Anderson concerning the Public Works Act of 1977. Clerk was to contact John Mendler, Anoka County Administrative Assistant who is our contact for information and application procedures on same. Leon L'Allier made a motion for the engineer to advise us when it will be feasible for the City residents to hook into the sewer line, John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. Ordinance #30, proposed, was read by the council and Elmer Murray made a motion to adopt Ordinance #30, Sanitary Sewer System, John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. Discussion was held on the Center Oaks #1 preliminary plat. The council went over the recommendations of P & Z as follows: 1. Deepening the existing ditch on the south boundary of the plat and the one between Lots 11 and 12, Block 2 - this was done to their satisfaction on the plat. 2. Lowering culverts on Lundblad and Tourville driveways. - this was done to their satisfaction on the plat. ~
