W. & Leo Harris <br />Company requesting sewer service for a parcel of land on the <br />south west corner of Highway 14 and Interstate 35E, Lino Lakes. <br />Consensus was that at the present time, the city cannot attempt <br />to run the line out to this property and it would involve changing <br />boundaries. Mayor was to inform Harris Company of this decision. <br /> <br />Mayor read letter from Senator Wendell Anderson concerning the <br />Public Works Act of 1977. Clerk was to contact John Mendler, <br />Anoka County Administrative Assistant who is our contact for <br />information and application procedures on same. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion for the engineer to advise us when <br />it will be feasible for the City residents to hook into the <br />sewer line, John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Ordinance #30, proposed, was read by the council and Elmer Murray <br />made a motion to adopt Ordinance #30, Sanitary Sewer System, <br />John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the Center Oaks #1 preliminary plat. The <br />council went over the recommendations of P & Z as follows: <br /> <br />1. Deepening the existing ditch on the south boundary of the plat <br />and the one between Lots 11 and 12, Block 2 - this was done to <br />their satisfaction on the plat. <br /> <br />2. Lowering culverts on Lundblad and Tourville driveways. - this <br />was done to their satisfaction on the plat. <br /> <br />~ <br />
