RESOLUTION #7 <br />CITY OF CEN TERV I LLE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met on Wednesday, <br />February 22, 1978 at 7:00 PM in the City Hall, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Highway Easement received <br />from the County of Anoka on February 6, 1978 described as follows: <br />That part of Government Lots 3, 5 and 6 all in Section 15, Township <br />31, Range 22, Anoka County. Minnesota, lying between the following <br />described line and a line drawn parallel thereto and 60 feet North- <br />westerly as measured at right angles thereto: Beginning at a point <br />on the South line of said Government Lot 6, distant 389.70 feet <br />(along said South line) easterly of the Southwest corner of said <br />Section 15; thence Northeasterly to a point on the West line of <br />said Government Lot 5, distant 715 feet (along said West line) <br />southerly of the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 5; thence <br />northeasterly to a point distant 550 feet southerly and 321 feet <br />easterly of said Northwest corner of Government Lot 5, measured <br />parallel with the West and North lines respectively of said Govern- <br />ment Lot 5; thence North 79 degrees 03 feet 22 inches East a dis- <br />tance of 895.94 feet; thence on a tangential curve concave to the <br />northwest having a radius of 98.38 feet, a central angle of 83 <br />degrees 41 feet 42 inches and an arc length of 143.71 feet; thence <br />North 4 degrees 38 feet 20 inches West a distance of 10.84 feet; <br />thence on a tangential curve concave to the southeast having a <br />radius of 44.63 feet, a central angle of 75 degrees 21 feet 50 <br />inches and an arc length of 58.71 feet to a point on the East line <br />of said Government Lot 5, distant 233.17 feet (along said East <br />line) southerly of the Northeast corner of said Government Lot 5; <br />thence North 70 degrees 43 feet 30 inches East to the westerly <br />right of way line of C. S. A.H.
