i <br />RE SO LU TI O N <br />ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS - PROJECT #1-78 <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of the <br />following streets was duly presented to the City Council <br />of <br />the <br />City <br />of Centerville on the 10th day of May, 1978 <br />PLAN <br />AREVISED - (1) This plan includes one-half the <br />cost <br />to complete Centerville Road, <br />(2) <br />The following streets will have 2" of bituminous <br />pavement <br />and bituminous curb except portions of Heritage, <br />Mound <br />Trail <br />and Mill Road which will not have bituminous curb: <br />Centerville Road (Heritage to Westview) <br />1800 <br />feet <br />Peltier Lake Drive (County Road #14 to east end) <br />3970 <br />feet <br />Herita e (LaMotte Drive to 225' east of Progress) <br />1410 <br />feet <br />BrianMain Street to 700' south) <br />1400 <br />feet <br />Sorel (Goiffon to Progress) <br />475 <br />feet <br />Westview (Centerville Road to 250' west) <br />350 <br />feet <br />LaMotte Drive (Heritage to south city limits) <br />2250 <br />feet <br />Goiffon (Heritage to Main) <br />600 <br />feet <br />Progress (Heritage to Main) <br />1200 <br />feet <br />Mound Trail (County Road #14 to west city limits) <br />3195 <br />feet <br />Mill Road (Main Street to urban service district) <br />4370 <br />feet <br />The <br />following streets will have two applications of oil and <br />sand <br />plus <br />the addition of 2' of crushed rock: <br />Mill Road (Urban service district to north city <br />limits) <br />2080 <br />feet <br />TOTAL FRONT FOOTAGE TO BE ASSESSED 239100 <br />feet <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted May <br />17, 1978, a report has been prepared by Milner W. Carley & Associates <br />with reference to the improvement, and this report was received <br />by the council on June 8, 1978; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Centerville, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. The council finds and determines that said petition was signed <br />by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named <br />as the location of the improvement, <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council <br />resolution adopted March 22, 1978o <br />3. Milner W. Carley & Associates is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the council this 9th day of <br />A <br />CLERK -TREASURER <br />August, 1978. <br />MAYOR <br />
