<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council
<br />of the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />will meet at the Centerville Elementary School on
<br />Wednesday, November 3, 1976, to pass upon the
<br />proposed assessment on the sanitary Sewer Im-
<br />provement No. 76-1. The area proposed to be
<br />assessed for said improvement is described as
<br />fol lows:
<br />The plat of Burque's Addition No. 1, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota.
<br />Lots 7, 8, 13 and 14, Auditor's Subdivision No. 47,
<br />Revised, Anoka County, Minnesota.
<br />All lots, or parts thereof, located in Auditor's
<br />Subdivision No. 46, Revised, Anoka County, Min-
<br />nesota.
<br />Registered Land Survey No. 44, Registered Land
<br />Survey No. 58, and Registered Land Survey No. 11,
<br />Anoka County, Minnesota.
<br />Those properties abutting on Mound Trail from its
<br />intersection with the center I ine of County State Aid
<br />Highway No. 14, West to its intersection with the
<br />South limits of the City of Centerville, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota.
<br />All that property lying within the following
<br />described area: Commencing at the Northwest
<br />corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23,
<br />Township 32, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota;
<br />thence East along the North line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter to a line drawn 150 feet West of and parallel
<br />with the most Westerly right-of-way line of Cen-
<br />terville Road as now laid out and traveled; thence
<br />South along said parallel line a distance of 872.5 feet;
<br />thence East and parallel with the North line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter to the intersection with a line
<br />drawn 150 feet East of and parallel with the most
<br />Easterly right-of-way line of said Centerville Road;
<br />thence North along said parallel line to its in-
<br />tersection with the North line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter; thence East along said North line to the
<br />Southeast corner of Lot 13, Auditor's Subdivision No.
<br />48, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence North along the
<br />East line of said Lot 13, and Lots 11 and 12 of said
<br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 48, to their intersection
<br />with the Southerly right-of-way line of Heritage
<br />Street as now laid out and traveled;
<br />thence West along said South right-of-way line to
<br />Its intersection with the center line of Clear Water
<br />Road as now laid out and traveled; thence North
<br />along the center line of Clear Water Road to a point
<br />660 feet South of the center line of County State Aid
<br />Highway No. 14 as now laid out and traveled; thence
<br />East on a line 660 feet South of and parallel to the
<br />center line of said County State Aid Highway No. 14
<br />to Its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and
<br />660 feet West of the East line of said Section 23;
<br />thence South along said parallel Ilne to the North Ilne
<br />of the South Half of said Section 23;
<br />thence East on said North line of said South Half of
<br />said Section 23 and along the North line of the South
<br />Half of Section 24, Township 32, Range 22, Anoka
<br />County, Minnesota to a line drawn parallel with and
<br />located 660 feet East of the West line of said Section
<br />24; thence North along said parallel line to Its in-
<br />tersection with the North line of said Section 24;
<br />thence West along said North line of Section 24 and
<br />the North line of said Section 23 to a line drawn
<br />parallel with and located 660 feet West of and para I lel
<br />with the East line of said Section 23; thence South
<br />along said parallel line to its intersection with a line
<br />drawn 660 feet North of and parallel with the center
<br />line of County State Aid Highway No. 14; thence West
<br />on said parallel line to its intersection with a line
<br />drawn 924 feet East of and parallel with the most
<br />Easterly right-of-way line of Mill Road as now laid
<br />out and traveled; thence North along said parallel
<br />'line to its intersection with the North line of said
<br />Section 23; thence West along said North line to a line
<br />'drawn parallel with and located 660 feet East of the
<br />most Easterly right-of-way I ine of said Mill Road;
<br />thence North along said parallel line a distance of
<br />660feet; thence West along the line parallel with and
<br />located 660 feet North of said Section 23 to its in-
<br />tersection with a line drawn 150 feet East of and
<br />parallel with the most Easterly right-of-way line of
<br />Mill Road; thence North along said parallel line a
<br />distance of 510 feet; thence West and parallel with
<br />the North line of said Section 23 to the intersection
<br />with the center line of said Mill Road; thence South
<br />along said center line a distance of 150 feet; thence
<br />West and parallel with said North line of said Section
<br />23 a distance of 150 feet; thence South and parallel
<br />with said center line of Mill Road to Its intersection
<br />with the North line of Lot 11, Auditor's Subdivision
<br />No. 47, Revised, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence
<br />West along the North line of said Lot 11 to Its in-
<br />tersection with the West line of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 14,
<br />Township 32, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota;
<br />thence South along said West line and the West line of
<br />the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />said Section 23 to the Northeast corner of Lot 4,
<br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 48, Anoka County, Min-
<br />nesota; thence West along the North line of said Lot 4
<br />extended Westerly to its intersection with the shore
<br />of Centerville Lake; thence Southwesterly along the
<br />shore of Centerville Lake to the point of beginning.
<br />The proposed assessment is on file for public in-
<br />spection at my office. Written or oral objections will
<br />be considered at the hearing.
<br />An owner may appeal an assessment to district
<br />court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 429.081
<br />by serving notice of the appeal upon the mayor or
<br />clerk of the City within 20 days after the adoption of
<br />the assessment and filing such notice with the
<br />district court within ten days after service upon the
<br />mayor or clerk.
<br />The total cost of the improvement is $1,208,000.00.
