Parcel "C" is in the sewer district boundaries, and is <br />proposed as the first addition. <br />5. Parcel "E" is being reserved as the second phase of lot- <br />ting. It will need further studies, which cannot be com- <br />pleted until the topography is completed. <br />6. This R.L.S.
