3. No advertising devices in any .form or size shall <br />be constructed, placed or permitted to be constructed or placed <br />upon the scenic area except signs, displays and devices <br />advertising the sale or lease of the property. No structure <br />shall be constructed, erected or placed upon the scenic area <br />without a written authorization from the City Council or their <br />designated agents. <br />4. No alteration shall b.e allowed including, but not <br />limited to, movement of earth and sod except pursuant to a <br />permit granted by the City Council or their designated agents. <br />The following is the legal description of the property <br />retained for sanitary sewer and scenic easement purposes: <br />A sanitary sewer and scenic easement, 20 feet in <br />width, over and across Government Lots 3,'5 and 6, <br />Section 15, Township 31, Range 22 in Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, the centerline of which is described as <br />follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of <br />the South line of said Government Lot 6 and the <br />Southeasterly right-of-way line of Mound Trail, <br />said point being 389.70 feet East of the Southwest <br />corner of said Section 15; thence North 55 degrees <br />40 minutes 26 seconds East (assumed bearing) along , <br />said Southeasterly right-of-way line to a point 10 <br />feet North of the South line of said Government <br />Lot 6 as measured at right angles thereto and said <br />point being the point of beginning of said <br />centerline to be described; thence North 89 degrees <br />27 minutes 25 seconds East and parallel with the <br />South line of said Government Lot 6 a distance of <br />465.29 feet; thence North 46 degrees 9 minutes <br />49 seconds East a distance of 188.54 feet; thence <br />North 59 degrees 56 minutes 49 seconds East a <br />distance of 261.40 feet; thence North 71 degrees <br />53 minutes 4 seconds East a distance of 400.47 <br />feet; thence North 75 degrees 45 minutes 14 seconds <br />East a distance of 300.27 feet; thence North 54 degrees <br />57 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 360.72 feet; <br />thence North 71 degrees 39 minutes 17 seconds East <br />a distance of 298.92 feet; thence North 78- degrees <br />19 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 399.59 feet; <br />thence North 86 degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds East <br />a distance of 301.22 feet; thence South 86 degrees <br />25 minutes 1 second East a distance of 385.73 feet, <br />more or less, to the centerline of County.State Aid <br />Highway No. 14 and said easement centerline there <br />terminating. <br />And also a sanitary sewer easement on that part of <br />Government Lot 3, Section 1.5, Township 31, Range 22, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the above described point of termination; <br />thence North 86 degrees 25 minutes 1 second west on <br />the last course described above a distance of 40.32 feet <br />to the point of beginning of land to be described; <br />thence continue North 86 degrees 25 minutes 1 second <br />West on same described line a distance of 20.07 feet; <br />thence Northerly at right angles and to the South- <br />westerly right-of-way line of County State Aid <br />Highway No. 14; thence Southeasterly to the point <br />of beginning and excepting the South 10 feet thereof. <br />
